We review passengers, luggage, itinerary and availability before confirming a vehicle. A preference does not guarantee a specific vehicle.

Vehicle and rate details

For 1–2 passengers with up to 2 standard-size suitcases, we can review the Executive Sedan rate category. The GMC Yukon Denali XL is our primary Large Luxury SUV, for up to 6 passengers, with about 5 standard-size suitcases as a guideline depending on passenger count and luggage size.

Luxury Sedan, Stretch Limousine and Luxury Van requests are welcome for review. If a requested type is unavailable, dispatch may propose one or more Large Luxury SUVs or another suitable arrangement. Groups of 7 or more passengers and larger luggage volumes should ask about multiple vehicles.

Japanese support can be requested for the passenger, guest or person coordinating the reservation.
Requests are welcome, but final chauffeur assignment depends on date, itinerary and availability.
